This is a 12 month advanced coaching programme
What will coaches learn?
The programme is divided into 3 parts:
- PART 1: Ride the Waves Resilience Journey (17 weeks)
Coaches will first experience the Ride the Waves Coaching journey as a client would, both on individual and group level. This experience is important as it allows coaches to appreciate the experience of clients, but also develops the coach’s capacity for resilience, enhancing deep insight into their own behavioural drivers and the impact it has on their personal and professional life.
- PART 2: Applied Neuroscience Literacy (8 weeks)
Coaches receive in-depth, advanced training on applied neurosciences and the integration with psychology, industrial psychology and wellness. Coaches are trained on BrainFit Partners protocols and techniques with opportunity to practice in a safe environment. Ethical issues in practice, referral protocol to health care professionals and documentation of the coaching process are discussed.
- PART 3: Supervised Practical (20 weeks)
Coaches implement the Ride the Waves Coaching series under supervision on both individual and group level.
